Warp is hiring 4 Business Development Representatives to help distribute our technology across the logistics industry.
This isn’t a traditional logistics sales role,
We’ve spent the last five years building the software and physical infrastructure behind Warp. Today, companies can use Warp to quote, book, manage and automate freight through our shipping portal, APIs and a growing suite of free logistics technology.
Your job is simple: get people using it.
You’ll work directly with our founders, sales and product teams to find companies that should be using Warp, get the technology in their hands and turn adoption into long term customers.
What you’ll sell
Warp Portal
Give shippers an easier way to quote, book and manage parcel, freight and other transportation modes.
Warp APIs
Work with companies that want to embed quoting, booking, tracking and logistics execution directly into their own products and workflows.
Free Warp Technology
Distribute tools we intentionally make free because we believe logistics software should be accessible, customizable and dramatically better than what exists today.
The goal isn’t to charge someone for software. The goal is to become infrastructure they use to run logistics, then earn the transportation volume that flows through it.
What you’ll do
- Prospect aggressively across shippers, 3PLs, ecommerce companies, software platforms and other businesses moving freight
- Demo Warp’s portal and technology
- Get users activated and actually shipping
- Identify API and integration opportunities
- Work with engineering when customers need something customized
- Follow usage closely and figure out how to expand accounts
- Test new outbound strategies constantly
- Bring customer feedback directly back to product
- Own your pipeline from first message through adoption
Who we’re looking for
You’re intensely competitive, curious and comfortable figuring things out without being handed a playbook.
You want to learn technology, logistics, sales and startups extremely quickly.
You’re willing to call, email, walk into businesses, run demos, troubleshoot an integration or do whatever else gets a customer live.
Nothing is beneath you.
You think “if not me, then who?”
Previous sales or logistics experience is useful, but intensity, intelligence and rate of learning matter more.
Why Warp
Warp has doubled revenue for the past 2 years by rebuilding how physical goods move.
Now we’re taking the technology we built internally and putting it directly into the hands of other businesses.
You’ll be joining while we’re turning Warp from a transportation network into a technology distribution machine.
This is an internship, but we’re hiring people we believe can become full time members of the team. If you perform, responsibility will come extremely quickly.
