JOB DESCRIPTION

• Direct work with U.S. stakeholders to define business needs and clarify problems
• Lead requirement discovery by questioning, validating, and challenging assumptions
• Work with Operations team to understand real workflows and operational constraints
• Own end-to-end product domain (discovery → design → delivery → iteration)
• Design practical solutions with Engineering team, balancing impact vs effort
• Translate business problems into clear requirements, workflows, and functional logic
• Monitor post-release performance and iterate based on real-world usage
• Drive continuous product improvement in fast MVP cycles

REQUIREMENTS

Must-Have

• Fluent English communication for direct work with U.S. stakeholders
• Strong analytical thinking with focus on root-cause understanding (“why”)
• High ownership from problem discovery to execution and iteration
• Systems thinking (people + process + technology)
• Pragmatic mindset focused on real business impact over complexity
• Ability to quickly learn new business domains
• Full-time onsite in Hanoi, Vietnam

Preferred

• 2–6 years in BA / Product / Product Ownership roles
• Experience working with international stakeholders
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams
• Data-driven thinking for product decisions
