What you’ll do:

• Coordinate and track shipments in real time
• Communicate with carriers and partners to resolve issues
• Support daily US operations (night shift in Vietnam)
• Keep our team informed and on schedule

What we’re looking for:

• 2–5 years of logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain experience
• Strong spoken English
• Ability to work night shifts (Vietnam time)
• Proactive problem solver, detail-oriented, great communicator
