We’re a tech-first logistics company transforming how retailers move freight across the country. Our platform combines modern routing, flexible cross-docks, and tech-enabled capacity to create faster, smarter supply chains. Now, we're looking for a Head of Marketing who can help us capture + scale demand, drive down CAC, and build a repeatable, multi-touch pipeline engine.
What You’ll Own:
- Full-funnel marketing strategy aligned with sales and CSM teams
- Demand generation across paid, content, events, and ABM
- Multi-touch attribution model to track and optimize influence on deals
- Self-reported attribution and CRM hygiene processes to verify source impact
- Lead scoring and pipeline velocity reporting by source channel (inbound, outbound assist, referral, event, etc.)
- Content development for ROI calculators, case studies, QBR support, and verticalized landing pages
- Reporting on Cost Per Opportunity (CPO), influenced pipeline, and attribution-informed CAC
You Might Be a Fit If You:
- You’ve been doing this for at least 7 years and know how to actually move the needle in B2B. Bonus if you’ve done it in SaaS
- Have built and owned attribution models that go beyond last-touch
- Can balance growth campaigns with enterprise buyer trust-building
- Understand how to partner with SDRs and Sales to accelerate close rates
- Are comfortable with messy CRM data and know how to structure what matters
- Love seeing your content or strategy directly tied to closed revenue
