This isn’t your typical design internship.

If you’re looking for a slow-paced role filled with observation and minor tasks, this isn’t the opportunity for you.

But if you’re ready to take ownership of real projects—designing portals, internal tools, and customer-facing assets that drive key business decisions—you might be exactly who we’re looking for.

About WARP

WARP is a venture-backed freight-tech disruptor rebuilding middle-mile logistics for modern retail.

Tech-first. Asset-light. Outcome-obsessed.

We partner with brands like Walmart, Saks, and GoPuff to streamline freight operations, consolidate vendor chaos, and simplify delivery into a competitive advantage.

What You’ll Do

You’ll work directly with our Pricing & Strategy team to build design systems that elevate our customer experience and internal decision-making tools.

This role combines UI/UX design, fast-paced execution, and high-impact visibility.

  • Design and prototype web pages and interfaces for pricing proposal portals
  • Wireframe early product ideas to support iteration and strategic discussions
  • Support development of intuitive UI/UX for internal dashboards and customer tools
  • Contribute visual assets for presentations, demos, and outbound communications
  • Translate strategic concepts into functional and appealing layouts
  • Collaborate with team members across pricing, tech, and operations to refine features
  • Be available for quick turnaround calls and rapid iterations when needed
What We’re Looking For

You’re a fast-moving, detail-oriented designer who’s not afraid to take initiative. You have a strong eye for layout, understand how design impacts user experience, and can bring clarity and polish to any interface or customer touchpoint.

  • Proficient in Figma (or other prototyping/design tools)
  • Comfortable designing responsive web layouts and clean visual flows
  • Some knowledge of HTML/CSS or front-end frameworks is a plus
  • Able to turn loosely defined ideas into structured mockups
  • Organized, communicative, and able to manage multiple design requests
  • Previous experience with web tools, portals, or dashboard-style interfaces is a bonus
Location

This is a remote role.

We value responsiveness, clear communication, and timely delivery—regardless of where you’re located. You must be available during standard U.S. business hours for meetings or quick design reviews.

If you’re ready to move fast, take ownership, and design with purpose—let’s talk.
