With our industry-leading freight consolidation strategies and state-of-the-art technology—including real-time tracking and dynamic routing—WARP empowers businesses with end-to-end visibility and control over their supply chains.

We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager to join our growing team at WARP. This full-time role is perfect for someone with a strong background in logistics and client management who is passionate about revolutionizing freight solutions for Fortune 500 companies. You will play a key role in managing top-tier accounts, ensuring our clients are maximizing their partnership with WARP through seamless implementation of our services and ongoing relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management Excellence: Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, fostering long-term relationships that promote trust, loyalty, and continued business growth.
  • Customized Solutions: Work closely with clients to understand their specific supply chain needs and pain points. Partner with internal teams to develop tailored solutions using WARP’s data-driven platform.
  • Upsell Opportunities: Identify and pursue upsell opportunities to expand the scope of WARP’s services within existing accounts, enhancing client satisfaction and contributing to revenue growth.
  • Performance Analytics: Continuously monitor and report on client performance metrics to showcase the value WARP is providing. Leverage data insights to optimize service offerings and present clients with recommendations for improvement.
  • Problem-Solving: Quickly address and resolve client issues, coordinating with internal departments to ensure service delivery meets and exceeds client expectations.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct regular business reviews, providing clients with insights into their operations and identifying further opportunities for efficiency and cost savings.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest logistics trends and WARP’s product advancements to maintain a competitive edge when advising clients.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in account management or client success within the supply chain or logistics industry.
  • Strong understanding of LTL and middle mile logistics, with the ability to speak confidently about industry-specific challenges and solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in building long-term client relationships and driving revenue through upsell strategies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and translate them into actionable insights for clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
