Tranquility AI is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our team in the Washington DC/Baltimore area. Responsibilities

- Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals, including software engineers, ML scientists, and product designers, to develop innovative solutions.

- Stay informed about the latest advancements in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence and apply them to enhance our products.

- Utilize modern cloud-native architectures such as event-driven, microservices, and serverless technologies to ensure scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

- Implement CI/CD practices to automate software development and deployment processes for efficient iteration and release cycles.

- Use IaC to manage and provision cloud resources effectively.

- Write clean, efficient, and high-quality code following best practices.

- Utilize data-driven insights and customer feedback to optimize user experience.

Minimum Qualifications

- 3+ years of professional software development experience.

- 2+ years of experience in design or architecture of new and existing systems.

- Proficiency in at least one software programming language.

- Experience working with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment.

- Passion for using technology to make a positive impact on law enforcement.

Location

Our team is located in the Washington, DC/Baltimore metro area, with our office conveniently situated 2 blocks from transit. The office is a 30-minute ride to downtown DC and a 45-minute ride to downtown Baltimore.
