About swsh
swsh helps live events turn fan photos and videos into real marketing results and real CRM data. Festivals, sports teams, tours, and brands use swsh to capture the content they miss and the audience data they’ve never been able to collect.
We’ve powered 120+ activations across Live Nation, UMG, AEG, the WNBA, NFL, Heineken, Rolling Loud, and more. Growth has picked up fast. Product velocity is high. We’re gearing up for our next fundraise in a few months, and this is one of the most important early hires we’ll make.
About the Role
We’re hiring an AE who can sell, operate, and help build the GTM engine from the ground up.
This role is 50% outbound sales and 50% customer success / light ops. Think: closing net-new partners, running tight follow-through, and managing smaller accounts so leadership can focus on major relationships and scaling documentation, process, and playbooks.
You’ll be the person who brings new events, brands, and organizers into the swsh ecosystem while helping refine the systems that make our growth repeatable.
If you're hungry, scrappy, and excited to break into the live events + tech world, this is for you.
What You’ll Do
Sales: Outbound + Full Cycle (50%)
Run high-volume outbound across email, phone, and social to bring in new events, brands, sports teams, festivals, tours, and agencies.
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting → demo → proposal → close.
Deliver clear, compelling product demos tailored to each customer’s workflows.
Build and maintain a tight pipeline, staying on top of follow-ups and forecasting.
Hit monthly sales targets that tie directly to our next fundraise.
Customer Success + Ops (50%)
Manage day-to-day relationships for smaller and mid-sized partners after onboarding.
Support launch logistics, album setup, and basic operational workflows.
Collect customer feedback and share insights with product + leadership.
Document repeatable processes, help refine playbooks, and support GTM ops.
Step in on activations as needed to make sure things run smoothly.
You’ll Thrive Here If You…
Are early in your career and want real ownership fast.
Love sales and enjoy being hands-on with customers.
Are highly organized and can juggle sales, operations, and support.
Communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure, and move quickly.
Are eager to work in person, learn from founders directly, and grow with the company.
Want the kind of role where your work directly impacts fundraising, product direction, and swsh’s expansion across live entertainment.
What You Bring
1–3 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or customer-facing roles (or the drive to prove you can do it).
Comfort with outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and running demos.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Ability to manage a pipeline, hit deadlines, and stay organized.
A bias toward action and a willingness to figure things out quickly.
Nice to have: experience in live events, entertainment, sports, ticketing, agencies, or community building.
Why This Role Matters
This person will be one of the first GTM hires at swsh.
We need someone in-seat for the next 3 months to help fuel the sales momentum heading into our fundraise. You’ll work directly with the founders, get a front-row seat to the business, and help build the playbooks that future sales and CS teams will use.
You’ll help shape the next phase of swsh’s growth.
