We are looking to hire a UI/UX Product Designer to work full-time and help drive development of product features from start to finish. This is an opportunity to make an impact in a fast-growing startup with a product-led growth strategy.
💻 WHO YOU ARE
You are a junior designer with experience in end-to-end product design and a passion for building user experiences that matter.
You’ve worked on iOS and web products and can design interfaces that are both functional and delightful.
You enjoy taking on side projects for fun and are always looking for new ways to improve your design skills.
You can take a problem statement and lead it through the entire design process — from user research and concept development to prototyping and working closely with engineering for handoff.
You're based in New York City and available for in-person collaboration with our team.
You understand the value of product-led growth and how design plays a critical role in driving user adoption and retention.
You regularly host events and plan gatherings for your friend group.
📈 WHAT YOU’RE GOOD AT
Translating user research into actionable design solutions.
Developing end-to-end designs for product features, from initial problem statements to final engineering handoff.
Designing across platforms (web and iOS)
Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth design implementation.
Taking ownership of your projects and delivering high-quality design work in a fast-paced startup environment.
You are an expect at conducting user interviews to inform your design decisions.

You have experience in building consumer apps for gen z consumers!
