Shifts & Compensation * Minimum Availability: 4 shifts per month (must include at least 1 weekend shift per month).

Base Rate: $75/hr.

Incentive: +$75 per visit after the first 4 visits.
Position Overview
We are seeking Board-Certified Physicians to serve as remote clinical authorities. In this role, you will manage acute conditions via video assessment, directing on-site paramedics who execute hands-on care.

Communicate with care teams to ensure continuity

Document encounters and use multiple EMRs
Clinical Requirements
- Board Certification: MD or DO with active, unrestricted board certification in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine (hospitalist-focused), or Family Medicine (with documented inpatient or ED experience).
- Licensure: Active medical license in one of these states: NY, PA, or LA (PA or LA preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years post-residency clinical experience.
- Tech Proficiency: Demonstrated EMR proficiency and a dedicated HIPAA-compliant remote workspace.
- Work Eligibility: Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
