Lead the Future of Home-Based Care in Washington. Join myLaurel as a Clinical Field Manager (Lead ARNP or PA-C) spearheading our Everett market. This "Player-Coach" role is designed for a high-acuity clinician ready to master Clinical Operations while maintaining an edge in acute patient care. You will dedicate 50% of your time to direct patient care and 50% to operational leadership and team mentorship.

Compensation & Leadership Perks

  • Salary: $180,000 – $190,000 annual base + Sign-on Bonus.

Leadership & Operations (50%)

  • Staff Development: Recruit, onboard, and mentor the clinical field team to ensure peak performance.

  • Logistics Management: Oversee medical inventory, scheduling, and field-based workflows.

  • Quality Assurance: Drive Quality Improvement initiatives and ensure Regulatory Compliance.

  • Performance Metrics: Monitor clinical outcomes and operational efficiency within the Everett market.

Clinical Delivery (50%)

  • Acute Care Management: Deliver high-acuity interventions (IV therapy, POCUS, EKG) in patient homes to prevent hospital readmissions.

  • Diagnostic Leadership: Order and interpret labs/imaging to manage complex, multi-morbid patients.

  • EHR Documentation: Ensure real-time, accurate documentation within Electronic Health Records.

Required Qualifications

  • Licensure: Active, unrestricted ARNP or PA-C license in Washington State.

  • Experience: Minimum 3,600 clinical hours (approx. 2 years) in Emergency Medicine, ICU, or Hospitalist settings.

  • Leadership: Prior experience in a supervisory, lead, or clinical precepting role.

  • Mobility: Valid driver’s license and the ability to manage a field-based workflow.
