We offer an incredible, full-stack esport platform—game integrations, team building tools, leagues, tournaments, and schedules—and our software products tie everything together into a cohesive experience.
We're looking for an extraordinary Esports Program Manager to join our Customer Success team. Esports Program Managers at PlayVS help deliver an exemplary onboarding experience for schools across the United States and Canada. You'll be responsible for introducing the PlayVS platform to educators and preparing them to participate in our seasonal competitions in partnership with the Sales team.
Here's what you'll get to do:
*Develop and deliver onboarding training materials and presentations for all educators.
*Conduct individual and group onboarding and implementation sessions with schools and coaches.
*Answer questions and support schools and coaches during onboarding and beyond.
*Work with teachers and school administrators, such as activities directors, athletic directors, curriculum directors, and more, to understand their needs and goals for using PlayVS.
*Provide training and support to schools and coaches on how to use the PlayVS platform.
*Work with IT Directors and school staff to help troubleshoot any technical issues during onboarding.
*Collect and analyze feedback from schools to improve the PlayVS onboarding process.
Here's what we're looking for:
*Bachelor's degree 2+ years of experience in customer success, implementation, or onboarding support.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Bonus Points for:
*Experience with educational technology.
*Passionate about video gaming or esports.
