We are seeking PhD-level experts in Optical Physics or closely related fields such as Photonics, Quantum Optics, Laser Physics, or Optical Engineering, with Python programming skills to join an exciting AI training project.

In this project, you will review and revise research-level problems in your subject area based on specific criteria. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your academic expertise in a cutting-edge AI alignment initiative.

Experience required:

• PhD in Optical Physics, Photonics, or a closely related discipline
• Proficiency in Python programming with practical experience in simulation, modeling, or data analysis
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills

Compensation is $100 USD per approved hour of work. Work hours are flexible, with an expected commitment of 10-15 hours per week.
