The Role Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Task ownership from task acknowledgement to delivering the output back to the Project Lead.
• Ensuring successful delivery of Pareto services.
• Synthesizing instructions and execute the projects delegated by Project Leads.
• Responding timely to the Project Lead regarding status update.
• Delivering and coordinating with the QA Team regarding expectations on quality assured output.

• You have ability to execute high quality project outputs.
• You have ability to execute and work with a team for bigger projects.
• You have ability to identify and resolve task roadblocks independently.
• You demonstrate wish to grow skills and take on increasing complexity of work.
• You have extensive product knowledge and understand the customer’s expectations intimately.
• You have previous experience in handling client-facing projects in the outsourcing industry (i.e. Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Data Researcher).
• You have previous experience working with a team.
• You have excellent Google Suite skills, and other tools that the company uses.
• You are an excellent communicator (ability to synthesize and execute complex information simply).
• You have high proficiency in English comprehension and communication (spoken and written) to be able to liaise effectively to different stakeholders across the region.
• You have ability to execute multiple projects and proactively update Projects Leads regarding the status of their tasks.
• You have ability to process constructive feedback.
