Overtime is sports for the next generation of fans. As both a publisher and an influencer, we've built the inclusive world of sports we all wish was the norm by giving a platform to our community to be seen AND heard. We produce original content across YouTube, Snapchat, and IGTV, as well as highly engaging short-form content on Instagram and TikTok. In just four years, we've amassed over 100 million followers across our social platforms and drive an average of over 3 billion video views each month.

What you'll do:
  • Execute all aspects of Overtime’s media buys, including launching/trafficking, optimizing, and reporting/analysis across multiple social networks, ad servers and ad buying platforms
  • Translate client requests into intelligent and successful campaign strategies
  • Learn and demonstrate platforms expertise to help develop content distribution strategies for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Help manage relationships with platform reps, publishers, and other third-party vendors to stay current with external ad products and features
  • Continually help test and evaluate new strategies, tactics, and products to ensure evolution of our product offering
  • Generate reports to showcase campaign performance and insights
  • Act as a main strategic partner across the organization - representing Ad Operations/Paid Social within cross- functional discussions with Sales, Account Management, Measurement, Sales Operations etc.
Who you are:
  • BA/BS required in Marketing, Advertising, Data Science, Analytics, or another related field
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • You are a highly organized and focused multi-tasker with strong attention to detail
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • You have a curiosity to learn further about the media industry and digital/social advertising
  • Familiarity with content, social publishing, Gen Z and Millennial audience behaviors
  • Experience with ad operations or paid social work at another agency, ad tech, or media company is a bonus
  • Enjoyment of sports is a bonus
  • Passionate about our fans, community, and company mission
The expected base salary range for this position is $52,000-$56,000. Overtime also offers health benefits, a flexible vacation package and equity in the company!
