Overtime is hiring a Production Operations manager to manage the day to day operations and workflows of the production control room and related production equipment.
What You'll Do
What You'll Do
- Assist with design and management of XPression broadcast graphic packages
- Assist with design, management and operations of Overtime Elite Arena’s LED XPression Tessera and Dashboard control systems
- Operate as Technical Director, Replay Operator or XPression operator as needed
- Collaborate with production staff on upcoming projects and remote productions
- Work with Overtime’s design team on creation and implementation of graphics and animations for OTE games, 3rd party events, and internal needs
- Perform quality control checks for all content within the Xpression LED environment
- Assist with maintenance and software upgrades of system
- Assist with other Overtime, Overtime Elite, OT7, OTX and Overtime Select projects and productions as assigned
Who You Are
- Strong knowledge of broadcast control room equipment: Ross XPression, Ross Carbonite, Ross Dashboard, Evertz DreamCatcher, EVS Replay System, Professional broadcast cameras
- Experience in a live production environment, remote production preferred
- Knowledge of Ross XPression ecosystem is preferred: Tessera, Dashboard, DataLinq, Encoder, and PowerPlay
- Ability to adapt in a fast paced environment
- Desire to constantly learn of new and improved workflows
- Ability to communicate as a team and take direction
- Background in sports production preferred
- Experience with graphic design and animation software: Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and illustrator. 3D design experience preferred
- Ability to work irregular/weekend hours
- You’re comfortable wearing many hats and working under pressure
- You have a positive attitude and know how to foster a collaborative environment
- You have incredible attention-to-detail and don’t mind juggling 20+ projects at once
- Knowledge of basketball, football and boxing statistics preferred
- Comfortable with some travel required
