We’re looking for a culturally-driven storyteller that will be responsible for supporting Our Place social channels. You will support in the creative process and content ideation for our current channels in an effort to grow following and engagement. This role will also be responsible for creating content for both Instagram and tiktok. This position requires creative thinking, organization, and channel management.
In this role, you’ll be creating content for Instagram and tiktok, sharing back insights and reporting, briefing our retainer content creators, and supporting our creative team on shoots.. As part of daily responsibilities, you will concept campaign and creator partnerships across social channels, manage the content calendars for all channels, react and adapt to new channel best practices, support shoot production, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. You are someone who is deeply embedded in the world of social media, brand, and influencer. Your approach to your work is driven by a desire to inspire our community and develop social first content that grows brands. You’ll keep a close eye on the happenings of social, from new channels to conversations and innovations in creative trends and formats, you will be responsible for developing thoughtful content that shares a unique perspective but meets the moment.

What you'd do at Our Place

  • Responsible for the concepting process for creative campaigns across all social channels
  • Work with in-house brand and creative teams as well as freelance partners to create engaging assets and create quick content all by yourself.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations on the brand’s social media presence, with a strong focus on Instagram, TikTok
  • Work cross-functionally with Brand Marketing and Creative teams on ways to execute overarching strategy for Social Media that will include brand building, messaging, social to deliver content for new launches and holiday / tradition partnerships
  • Craft a social marketing content calendar (cognizant of all channels) that will help engage, grow and educate our followers. Owning the content calendar by posting to our channels multiple times a week with recipes and food related content.
  • Research, understand, and recommend best in class emerging trends in social content across channels
  • Monitor and apply learnings for the ongoing development of global platforms on Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, and others.
  • Working with our creative team onset for shoots and capturing the behind the scenes experience of our team. This may require travel and being in person at set locations, visiting our stores, or being at our HQ office (weekly).
