Fresh from launching Butter Royale, we are looking for a talented and versatile Senior Marketing Artist who is passionate about building innovative solutions for our games.

You will join a cross-functional and dynamic team of developers, and will work with us to craft new and exciting experiences that our players would enjoy. As the Senior Creative Designer, you’re a graphic design virtuoso with an exceptional talent for visual narrative. Your ability to transform marketing objectives into captivating visual stories will be crucial in amplifying our games’ presence in the market. Working closely with our Growth and Product teams, you’ll craft compelling visual assets that not only look stunning but also drive user engagement and acquisition.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with Growth and Product teams to understand campaign objectives and translate them into powerful visual narratives.
• Creating visually striking and strategically aligned assets for various marketing channels, including social media, app stores, and advertising platforms.
• Working with multiple stakeholders, in order to communicate effectively, plan and prioritise requests and manage work time efficiently.
• Developing and maintain a cohesive visual language that enhances our games’ brand identity and resonates with our target audience.
• Managing outsourcers as and when needed.

As a successful candidate, you would have:

• An exceptional portfolio showcasing your ability to tell compelling visual stories across various digital platforms.
• Strong principles of graphic design with an exceptional eye for colour, light, shade, form, composition, story and style with a matching portfolio of excellent material.
• Proficiency with relevant industry standard applications such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and the likes.
• 5 or more years of relevant experience as a marketing artist in the games industry.
• Strong communication skills with experience working cross disciplines, managing multiple stakeholders.
• A strong interest in the Web3 space.
• Comfortable with the use of emerging technologies such as generative AI

As a bonus, you would have:

• Deep understanding of growth strategy and data driven decision making.
• Deep knowledge in the Web3 space (Following or involved in NFT projects / games).
• Knowledge and experience working with Generative AI tools.
• Basic proficiency with standard 3D softwares such as Maya or Blender
• Experience with motion graphics.
