Are you interested in gaining hands-on experience at the intersection of People & Culture and legal operations within a global esports organization? As part of G2’s Admin team, you’ll support the employee lifecycle - from recruitment and daily HR operations to employment-related documentation and administrative legal processes. If you are detail-oriented, trustworthy, and eager to learn how HR and legal frameworks come together in an international entertainment brand, this role might be the perfect next step for you.

G2 Esports is looking for a People Operations Intern/Working Student (m/f/d) to join our team. This is a six month internship/working student part-time opportunity based in Berlin who will directly report to our HR Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, organize, and maintain employee records, contracts, and HR/legal documentation in compliance with internal and regulatory standards
  • Support recruitment and talent acquisition processes, including candidate screening, coordination and interview scheduling
  • Assist across the employee lifecycle by supporting HR operations alongside employment-related administrative and legal processes
  • Support HRIS maintenance, data accuracy, and documentation workflows across People & Culture operations
  • Assist with drafting, reviewing, and coordinating employment-related documents in collaboration with HR and Legal
  • Contribute to operational and compliance-focused projects while ensuring careful handling of confidential and sensitive information

Requirements:

  • Currently studying or recent graduate in Human Resources,Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or a related field is a plus
  • Strong interest in HR operations, documentation, and administrative processes
  • High level of discretion and reliability when handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Passion for teamwork while able to work independently in a structured and organized manner
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable using G Suite on a daily basis; experience with HRIS & Project Management tools (e.g., Personio, ClickUp) is a plus
  • Fluent English & German skills are mandatory
