G2 Esports is looking for a Partnerships Manager (m/f/d) to join our team. This is a full time opportunity based in Berlin or remote (EU) allocated within our commercial department.

Responsibilities:

  • Diligently project manage all contractual obligations for G2’s partners, serving as a seamless intermediary between external and internal stakeholders

  • Manage and ensure contract renewals and upsell opportunities

  • Maintain and promote good working relationships with all parties, understanding their business & anticipating their needs

  • Identify and highlight industry trends to maximize opportunities for both our growth and of our partners

  • Work effectively with internal departments to build and execute both engaging and attractive propositions for our partners in order to sustain and grow our Partnership business

  • Establish, manage and maintain relevant databases/platforms for all Partnership efforts

  • Support company efforts to create and maintain relevant sales and marketing material

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development or a similar role with proven track record preferably in the esports, gaming, or digital media sectors

  • A creative and innovative mindset to develop unique partnership initiatives, marketing campaigns, and activations that elevate our brand visibility and fan engagement

  • Experience managing complex, multi-tier partnerships and balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders

  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and manage contract deliverables

  • Strong team player with cooperative thinking and accuracy of all data gathered

  • Your English skills are fluent and proficiency in any other language is a plus

  • Knowledge of the esports ecosystem is a plus

  • Understanding the non-endemic esports ecosystem is preferred
