The Opportunity:

Our Finance and Accounting team acts as a strategic partner to stakeholders across the company, working cross-functionally to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and strong business insights. As the company Tcontinues to grow globally, we are seeking a highly experienced Accounting Manager to lead our accounting operations, optimize processes, and drive solutions to complex challenges.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as a key contributor in the accounting function, overseeing the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and multi-entity consolidations.
  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and internal controls.
  • Lead the preparation and review of management reports and provide data-driven insights to influence strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct technical accounting research on complex issues and provide clear, detailed documentation.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Operations) to improve end-to-end accounting processes and align on reporting needs.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve accounting issues, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Leverage technology and system capabilities to streamline accounting workflows, improve accuracy, and enhance scalability for future growth.
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability, problem solving, and continuous process improvement.

What You’ll Bring:

  • CPA required, with 5+ years of progressive experience in public accounting and/or corporate accounting within a rapidly growing company, ideally in the tech or global business sector.
  • Superior knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting, and corporate accounting best practices.
  • Strong experience with multi-entity consolidations, international subsidiaries, and multi-currency transactions.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop accounting staff, with a focus on coaching and team performance.
  • Adept at identifying problems, analyzing root causes, and implementing process improvements that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for problem-solving, financial process improvement, and driving operational excellence.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the posting's respective region. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range displayed, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and / or training.
The US base salary range for this position (this does not include bonus, equity and benefits):
$96,000$120,000 USD
