The Role
We are hiring a Founding GTM Operator to design and build our growth engine from the ground up. You will combine outbound execution, systems thinking, and AI automation to create predictable, scalable pipeline.
You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team and play a foundational role in shaping Finmile’s go to market strategy.
What You Will Do
• Build and own outbound from scratch
• Design AI driven prospecting and research workflows
• Define ICP segmentation and signal based targeting
• Generate and qualify high quality pipeline
• Book and coordinate meetings with senior decision makers
• Test and optimise across email, LinkedIn, account based outreach and other channels
• Build documentation and playbooks to support future hires
• Help evolve this function into a scalable growth team
What Success Looks Like
Within 3 months:
• Outbound systems live and generating qualified meetings
• Clear funnel metrics and reporting
• Automated account research and enrichment workflows
Within 6 months:
• Predictable monthly meeting volume
• Multiple outbound channels performing
• Clear foundations for hiring additional SDRs
Who You Are
• Proven ability to generate qualified pipeline
• Strong systems thinker who enjoys building infrastructure
• Comfortable using AI tools to automate research, targeting and outreach
• Highly self directed and comfortable with autonomy
• Motivated by building something large and meaningful
Nice to Have
• Experience selling SaaS to logistics, supply chain, ecommerce, or delivery companies
• Experience using tools such as Clay, Apollo, enrichment APIs, or custom workflows
• Experience in early stage or high growth startups
