Finmile is a fast-growing logistics SaaS platform helping delivery companies reduce route count by 29–42%, cut emissions, and boost efficiency — all without adding vans, warehouses, or drivers. We’ve gone from running operations ourselves to powering them for others, with a platform already trusted by TikTok Shop, Shein, and Nespresso across five countries.
Now, we’re expanding in the US — and we’re hiring our first Director of Sales to lead the charge.
The RoleThis is a quota-carrying, hands-on sales leadership role focused on growing Finmile’s US customer base across parcel delivery, 3PLs, couriers, and e-commerce fulfillment partners. You’ll lead the end-to-end sales process, from pipeline generation to closing six-figure SaaS deals, and help shape the go-to-market strategy as we scale.
We’re not looking for someone to “manage accounts” — we’re looking for someone to win them. You should be energized by the hunt, confident with logistics buyers, and ready to sell a truly differentiated product in a market desperate for innovation.
What You’ll Be Doing- Own and deliver against US revenue targets, building and closing a high-value pipeline
- Educate logistics and delivery companies on the ROI of Finmile’s AI platform
- Run a consultative, value-led sales process across discovery, demo, proposal, and close
- Drive expansion within logos through upsell and cross-sell motion
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and ops to refine messaging and drive adoption
- Identify partnership opportunities and channel strategies to accelerate US reach
- Represent Finmile at industry events, customer meetings, and executive briefings
- Proven SaaS closer, ideally in logistics, supply chain, or fleet management tech
- You’ve sold $50K–$500K+ ARR deals and know how to build trust with operations and C-level buyers alike
- Deep understanding of logistics, transportation, or delivery operations
- Self-starter comfortable selling in an early-stage environment with limited playbooks
- Obsessed with solving customer pain and proving ROI
- Comfortable using tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and whatever gets the job done
- Willing to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to win in a competitive market
- Backed by industry veterans and ambitious investors
- Real traction with global brands and 10M+ parcels already routed
