We're searching for an exceptional Senior Product Manager to spearhead the launch of our groundbreaking AI-enabled education solution for healthcare professionals. As Evity’s first PM hire, this role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the company’s founders, senior leadership, and first customers to bring our initial commercial product to market, shape our product development process, and make a lasting impact on the future of healthcare at the frontiers of AI and medical science.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy for expert-in-the-loop AI education solutions for healthcare professionals.
• Shape and own the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including: research, roadmapping, milestones, requirements, sprint planning, QA, release cadence, and KPIs.
• Lead cross-functional efforts across Engineering, Design, Data Science, Business Development, and Operations.
• Drive product analytics, A/B testing, and evaluation and experimentation frameworks for AI/ML benchmarking and performance.
• Prototype, test, and optimize functional yet delightful data-driven UX across product touchpoints.
• Advise on pricing and packaging strategies.
• Establish voice-of-customer channels and ongoing research programs.
• Collaborate with a broad set of teammates and stakeholders, including product, engineering, research, design, sales, and customers to define and prioritize features, balancing user needs and business objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Track record of 0→1 product launches and scaling.
• Experience with AI systems, including LLMs and recommendation engines.
• Strong background in data platforms and knowledge graphs.
• Excellence in product analytics and A/B testing.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, spanning engineering to executive.
• Experience with agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical systems thinking capabilities.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven ability to influence product decisions through research insights.
• Ability to operate independently and with a sense of urgency.
• Demonstrates excellence by delivering iteratively with quick wins along the way, while driving to larger strategic objectives.
• Intuitive product sense and the aptitude to find creative solutions for user needs.
• Intellectual curiosity in the state of the art of AI, healthcare, and technological innovation.
• Bachelor’s Degree.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare technology or preventive health.
• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and their unique research challenges.
• Experience working with medical professionals and healthcare systems.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS products and business models.
• Knowledge of current data privacy and security standards.
• Experience in education technology.
• Track record of growing ARR in B2B environments.
• Experience with human-in-the-loop AI systems.
• Early-stage startup experience.
• Master's Degree or higher.

Position Details

• Remote work with quarterly onsite collaboration, usually in the Bay Area.
