Evity is developing an innovative knowledge and learning platform that will unlock exciting new possibilities in healthcare, especially around preventative health and equitable access to longer, healthy lives.

As a hybrid project manager and evaluations lead, you will initially fill two roles. As we continue to grow, you will select a preferred role, then lead the scaling of that respective department.

As our project manager, you will work across all disciplines to identify and organize priorities. You’ll ensure that projects are organized into tasks, milestones, and trackable targets that give owners both agency and accountability for their respective areas. On a daily basis, you’ll run processes (that you design) to ensure that our team is aligned and effective.

As our Lead Evaluator, you’ll become deeply familiar with our generative AI platform and applications enabled by our technology. You’ll develop strategies for performing AI evaluations and application tests to ensure that Evity provides the quality and robustness needed to gain the trust of our primarily healthcare-professional users, while meeting and exceeding regulatory and compliance standards. You’ll help drive evaluation, measurement, and iteration cycles to continuously and methodically improve our platform.

You’ll be a key member of our overall organization, working closely with full stack engineers, application engineers, product, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution across all disciplines
• Design and implement project management processes for team alignment
• Develop comprehensive AI evaluation strategies and test plans
• Manage cross-functional collaboration between product, engineering, and operations teams
• Oversee external technology partnerships
• Scale either PM, AI Evaluation, or QA organizations based on company growth
• Contribute to product planning and iteration
• Implement quality assurance processes for platform robustness

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing SaaS/live-operated applications from concept to production
• Strong background in AI evaluation or QA with SaaS/live-operated applications
• Excellence in risk assessment and gap analysis
• Hands-on approach to problem-solving
• Outstanding cross-functional communication abilities
• Self-starter with strong initiative
• Leadership experience in organizational processes
• Experience in agile/lean environments
• Proficiency with project management and test framework tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare or large-scale platform experience
• Data-driven organization background
• Knowledge of generative AI and predictive technologies
• Understanding of how data privacy and security play a role in modern applications
• Experience with design thinking and customer-centric development

Position Details

• Remote work with quarterly onsite collaboration, usually in the San Francisco Bay Area
