Cue Health Inc. is seeking to hire a full-time Senior Workday Total Rewards Analyst to join our People Systems Team. As a Subject Matter Expert in Workday Compensation and Benefit functional areas, you will design, develop, and deploy key HCM Total Rewards solutions leveraging Workday Core Compensation, Advance Compensation and Benefits modules.

This Individual supports aspects that operate and enhance Workday's Compensation & Benefits module in a global business environment. You will work with business leaders to collaborate and develop tactical and strategic solutions to support the global Total Rewards roadmap.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform Workday configuration and troubleshooting of the Compensation and Benefits modules to support the Total Rewards team.

  • As the system administrator for Workday Total Rewards, this position will maintain and optimize the benefits and compensation ecosystem, understand business requirements, and contribute to best practices.

  • Maintain and enhance Workday Total Rewards configuration, including Benefits Open Enrollment, Compensation Plans and Reviews, Total Reward Statements, and system configurations (ex: business processes, eligibility rules, condition rules, and calculated fields).

  • Lead the system administration of annual and ongoing pay processes associated with Total Rewards, including merit, bonus payments, long-term incentive awards, salary structure adjustments, etc.

  • Partner with the Total Rewards Team to troubleshoot issues that arise to ensure a successful user experience

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for any issues that present in compensation and benefits, including data/reporting

  • Execute mass data loads using EIBs

  • Support Workday releases by researching new functionality, testing, and implementation

  • Follow the best practices regarding Requirements gathering, business processing, and solution design.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop long-term scalable solutions that help improve People processes and streamline the user experience.

  • Translate business objectives and user needs into clearly written requirements.

  • Implement testing to meet business requirements - perform functional system testing, and handle User Acceptance testing securing sign-off.

  • Understand and follow company policies surrounding data governance, security, and process development

  • Additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • 5+ years of direct Workday Total Rewards experience (configurations, testing, troubleshooting, custom reports)

  • Well-versed in maintaining Workday HCM Total Rewards, working with upgrades and enhancements, and understanding cross-functional impacts associated with Total Rewards

  • Comfortable bridging the gap between HR and IT

  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in business relationships and exercise sound business judgment.

  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to research an issue and determine the root cause.

  • Strong collaboration with excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Follow Change Management Processes. JIRA, ServiceNow, or a similar ticketing system experience is preferred.

  • Experience with Workday Advanced Compensation in a global environment a plus

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

    • Remaining in a stationary or sedentary position, often standing and/or sitting for prolonged periods of time

    • Repeating motions, such as keyboarding, that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers

    • Communicating with others to exchange information

    • Adjusting, moving, carrying, lifting, pushing or pulling objects up to 20 pounds
