Cue Health Inc. is seeking to hire a full-time Senior Integration & Security Analyst, Workday to join our People Systems Team. As the Workday Integrations & Security Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between Workday and various internal and external systems. You will maintain SOX requirements to ensure controls are adhered to and lead security controls. Your expertise in Workday security management and integration tools will play a crucial role in enhancing our HR processes and ensuring seamless data flow across systems.

In this role you will need the technical ability to understand system requests and integrations, have strong customer service skills, the ability to work independently, and be a collaborator with our stakeholders. You are well organized, are a problem-solver, and have some data analytics experience. Responsibilities:

  • Design, Configure, and Administer Workday Security: Technical expert for Workday security design and roles; including, hands on configuration and testing of roles and security related to business processes and reporting

  • Modify and support existing or develop new integrations from Workday to internal and external clients using Workday technologies including Studio, XSLT, BIRT, PGP / SSH key management

  • Monitor the overall health of integration systems from and to Workday

  • Maintain and monitor integration schedules, notifications, and performance

  • Modify, launch, and view integration events in Workday

  • Triage integration notifications such as completed with warnings or failure

  • Aid in user acceptance or regression testing for Workday updates

  • Aid in the creation and management of inbound EIB (for mass data loads)

  • Provide technical support and guidance to the Workday functional and technical teams

  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of data and applications through analysis, coding, clear documentation and problem resolution

  • Analyze and translate functional specifications and change requests into technical specifications

  • Test Security changes, including new release testing

  • Provide support for incident management

  • Consult with business and technical teams about report design and maintenance; collaborate with other architects and technical leads on design decisions

  • Designs, develops, configures, tests, and deploys change order tickets related to security and integrations.

  • Understand and follow Data Governance and ensure attention to data quality

  • Understand and follow defined report and integration/development standards and best practices. Understand and ensure security profiles and segment privacy standards

  • Additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant technical field (Information Technology, Computer Science, Software, Engineering or related technical discipline) or equivalent combination of training and work experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Workday Integration development and support, data analysis, and Security Admin role

  • Workday certifications preferred

  • Experience with system configurations, security design and administration, and ISU/ISSG.

  • Hands-on experience with implementation tools including Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), BIRT, Workday Studio, Cloud connectors, Core connectors, Web Services (REST/SOAP/WSDL), Workday Report Writer, iLoad, and Customer Central)

  • Experience managing system updates and releases.

  • Ability to understand the business requirements, user needs and translate them into operational requirements

  • Ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

  • Proven ability to perform with a high degree of accuracy and with highly confidential data

  • Working knowledge of HR information systems, including experience in designing, building and testing reports and integrations in various HR applications

  • Ability to work and coordinate with third parties on data related inquiries

  • Conduct high level needs analysis and recommend service improvements to increase the efficiency of the Workday system.

  • Ensure all processes are followed as documented in Sarbanes-Oxley process narratives, process flows, and control matrices.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and leadership

  • Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle both planned and unplanned responsibilities

  • Ability to prioritize workload and execute tasks independently, providing timely follow-up and resolution

  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

  • Performs other duties as assigned.
