POSITION SUMMARY

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Senior React Developer for an On-site, 6 month +, 1099 contract

Must be on-site 5 days a week in Irving, TX (must live within a reasonable commuting distance to Irving).

We are looking for a Senior React Developer to join our team and help us develop high-quality web applications. In this role, you will lead the development of web applications using React, mentor and guide other developers on the team, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of customer facing web applications preferably E-Commerce using React.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and engineering, to develop and implement new features.

• Mentor and guide other React developers on the team, providing technical leadership and guidance.

• Collaborate with Quality, Product and Cloud Engineering teams to keep digital assets fully functional, secure, and up to date with business needs.

• Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve the development process and application performance.

• Ensure that applications meet high standards of quality, performance, and reliability.

• Participate in code reviews, ensuring that code is maintainable, scalable, and efficient.

• Stay up to date with new trends and technologies in React development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• 12+ years of experience in React development, with a strong portfolio of web applications.

• Must have experience in AWS cloud services, CI/CD solution and monitoring tools like New relic.

• Proficient in React , Redux, and related libraries and tools.

• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Familiarity with Node.js and back-end development.

• Proven ability to lead and mentor other React developers.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
