POSITION SUMMARY

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be a leader and go-to resource for all things Talent Acquisition related. You will be working to identify, recruit and hire the industry’s leading technology professionals for our clients
- Contribute towards the recruiting goals for 3 different Catalyte business lines, Internal W2/SG&A roles, Contractors and Staff Augmentation resources, and Talent Stream/Apprentice Cohorts.
- Partner with account & hiring managers to assess talent requirements and execute strategies to identify & attract those candidates quickly
- Attract passive talent through cold sourcing with a strong ability to articulate a compelling employee value proposition
- Conduct initial phone interviews with candidates to assess technical skills and cultural fit; serve as lead for hiring in identifying the best talent
- Keep business partners up to speed on recruitment progress through scheduled meetings and report-outs
- Coordinate sourcing efforts with external recruiting partners as needed to ensure top talent is discovered and delivered with efficiency
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferred
- 2-4 years full life cycle recruiting & sourcing experience (Some IT/Technical recruiting experience desired)
- Organized, able to work in fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks as well as adapt to business priorities that change quickly
- Excellent Communication Skills (verbal, written, presentation, etc.)
- Deep expertise of how to recruit using LinkedIn and other social media and internet sites
- Experience with an ATS; experience using a CRM to develop a pipeline of talent
- Ability to prioritize & execute tasks to meet deadlines
- Ability & Desire to learn and grasp new things quickly
- Manage an outstanding and efficient candidate process and experience
- Self-motivated, results-driven team member driven to succeed while needing minimal supervision
- You will need to be proactive about keeping things organized, militant about procedure, and reliable on follow-through
Preferred Qualifications:
- Recruiting experience to include hands-on knowledge of various sourcing channels and the ability to utilize the most effective channels to generate qualified candidates
- Ability to reach out into the external market to effectively identify, attract and interact with passive candidates
- Demonstrated ability to cold call and source passive talent with a passion for your craft
- Ability to demonstrate agility & flexibility, effectively cope with ambiguous & changing scenarios.
- Industry knowledge of the external business environment, market trends, competitors, labor market and the general candidate community.
