The Blok OS: How We Work
We operate under Blok OS - a playbook for how we build, collaborate, and make decisions in a high-velocity environment:
Anchor Days: We’re in the SF HQ (SoMA) 3 days/week (Mon, Tues, Thurs) to solve hard problems together.
Core Collaboration Hours: We’re online 9-11am PT daily so the whole team (SF ↔ UK) can collaborate in real time.
Deep Work: Outside of that, we protect uninterrupted time to build.
What You’ll Own & Build
As a Founding Sales Lead within the Customer Tribe, you’ll work closely with our Co-Founder & CEO to transition Blok from founder-led sales to a scalable revenue engine.
This is a high-agency, hands-on role. You’re building the playbook for mid-level & enterprise customers, while simultaneously hunting and closing the deals that define our category.
Revenue OS: Build the 0 → 1 revenue playbook. You’ll start with the full sales cycle for mid-level customers, from cold outbound to closing the deal, and then scale up to build it for enterprise.
Deal Engineering: Understand product and operational challenges of mid-level & enterprise customers. You’ll shape our value to drive urgency and design deal structures that provide immediate wins, with longer-term value as we scale.
Operational Velocity: Move with a bias for action and an obsession with follow-through. You are scrappy enough to find a way and rigorous enough to ensure nothing drops. You set weekly goals for processes (not just outcomes), and refine them based on results.
Feedback Loops: Be the bridge between the market and our team. You’ll translate customer friction and AI applications into prioritized requirements for our roadmaps.
Processes & Playbooks: Build the repeatable systems - scripts, assets, CRM workflows - that deliver results, and can be used to onboard our next 5-10 teammates. You’ll own the data integrity of our pipeline and forecasts.
Brand Advocate: Be the steady hand in boardrooms and industry events. You’ll build the trust to deploy frontier AI into mid-level customers, then move to enterprise ones.

Revenue Architecture: You’ve been the first commercial hire or built the function from zero. You don’t read a playbook - you build the Revenue OS that your next 10 teammates will follow.
Cycle Acceleration: You treat sales as a system to be optimized. You build and follow processes that reduce friction and move deals from quarters to months, leveraging rigor and follow through.
Signal vs Noise: You build business cases, not decks. You don't trust "that sounds interesting" - you prioritize signal over noise and ship deals that have a clear path to value.
Mid-Level & Enterprise Navigation: Expert at complex deals with 6-18 month cycles. You map organizations and manage stakeholders across Product, Procurement, Security, Legal, and the C-Suite with a steady hand.
Feature Diplomacy: You know how to say "No" to a customer's feature request without killing the deal, and when to translate that feedback into the product roadmap.
High Agency, Low Ego: You thrive in the hunt and own the full cycle. You’re willing to do the hard work of manual prospecting, documentation, and follow through while collaborating on our long-term sales strategy.
Frontier Grit: You’re unfazed by early-stage building. You treat setbacks, nos, and product issues as feedback and maintain a calm confidence through the volatility of the 0-to-1 journey.
