Athena’s mission is to help save lives. Athena Security's integrated suite of threat detection solutions offers a powerful shield for healthcare, educational institutions, and anyone looking to protect their entryway. Our Weapons Detection System (WDS) software acts as a vigilant first line of defense, proactively identifying concealed weapons and other potential threats. With AI-powered features inspired by DHS, Athena's WDS ensures a safe environment for patients, students, visitors, and staff. Newly released holographic displays help keep officers less distracted, along with AR glasses to help officers never miss another alert.

But true security goes beyond detection. Our Visitor Management System (VMS) seamlessly integrates with the WDS to provide comprehensive protection. By streamlining visitor check-in, capturing vital information, and performing real-time background checks, the Visitor Management System helps prevent unauthorized access by individuals with concerning histories. This integration with systems like Epic enhances efficiency while strengthening security protocols. Athena has put together a best-in-class concealed weapons detection system with AI software inspired by DHS that helps you run your secure entryway more efficiently. Athena has installed systems in casinos, schools, hospitals, and even jewelry stores/SMBs. Athena is headquartered in Austin, TX, with offices in San Francisco, California, and an "Experience Center" in Jacksonville, Florida.
