The Role:

As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and will be responsible for defining the data requirements for prospective and current clients based on the scope or solution that is needed for implementation. You will help define and manage the flow and structure of our data, participate in process improvements around data capture and utilization to optimize delivery. You will be responsible for supporting the product, implementation, and engineering teams in building out the ETL for each client with a focus on clear communication, timely delivery and providing visibility for teams as part of this process.

What You'll be Doing:

  • Serving as the technical lead for Arine in a client-facing role to communicate data requirements, provide institutional knowledge and drive delivery of the data needs through a data gathering process
  • Developing and providing client specific data guides based on the scope of work and solutions that will be implemented for the client to interpret, align and agree upon
  • Review and present findings on data that is provided from clients that includes discrepancies, inaccuracies, gaps, or inconsistencies to serve as a path to resolution
  • Provide visibility and tracking of the progress across different client data delivery steps, phases and timelines for resource planning and implementation timing
  • Supporting numerous data delivery initiatives concurrently including pre-sales and post sales phases as well as ETL build lifecycles during implementation
  • Staying up to date on all organizational considerations that are data-dependent including product and platform changes, solution changes, or other data integration requirements that impact the data specification guides and integration needs

Our Ideal Candidate Possesses:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working as a data analyst, preferably in the healthcare sector or another highly regulated industry
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Python) and database languages (e.g., SQL)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for translating data into actionable healthcare insights
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with a full spectrum of stakeholders, from medical staff and engineers to senior leadership
  • Ability to manage diverse stakeholder needs and competing requests from sales, legal, finance, operations, clinical, and technical teams
  • Comfort with evolving processes (as we grow as a company)
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry standards, regulations, and challenges is a plus
  • Ability to work 40 hours/week for at least 6+ months

The posted range represents the expected hourly rate for this position and does not include any other potential components of the compensation package, benefits, and perks. Ultimately, the final pay decision will consider factors such as your experience, job level, location, and other relevant job-related criteria. The hourly pay rate for this position is: $40-60/hour.

Information Security Roles and Responsibilities:

All staff at Arine are expected to be part of its Information Security Management Program and undergo periodic training on Information Security Awareness and HIPAA guidelines. Each user is responsible to maintain a secure working environment and follow all policies and procedures. Upon hire, each person is assigned and must complete trainings before access is granted for their specific role within Arine.
