About the Role
Airspace is seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiter to lead corporate and executive hiring while building and maintaining pipelines of top talent. This role is hands-on and owns the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and engaging active and passive candidates to interviewing and closing top hires.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who partners effectively with hiring managers and executives to ensure alignment, timely execution, and a seamless candidate experience. As a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, this person will balance strategic influence with day-to-day recruiting needs.
As a key partner to the business, the Senior Corporate Recruiter will provide talent insights, support workforce planning, and selectively manage external search partners to ensure hiring goals are met. Ultimately, this role will ensure Airspace attracts, hires, and retains exceptional talent to drive our continued growth and success.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute full-cycle recruitment for corporate and executive-level positions across domestic and international markets.
- Build, nurture, and maintain long-term pipelines of high-caliber talent, with an emphasis on referral networks and passive candidates.
- Partner with senior leaders to deeply understand organizational goals and translate them into proactive hiring strategies.
- Act as a strategic advisor by providing market intelligence, competitive insights, and guidance on best practices in executive and corporate recruiting.
- Design and implement scalable recruiting frameworks, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and alignment with business objectives.
- Cultivate relationships with potential A-players ahead of hiring needs to ensure readiness for critical roles.
- Collaborate with the People and Growth teams to strengthen employer branding and enhance candidate experience.
- Select and manage third-party search firms and staffing agencies when required, ensuring optimal outcomes and ROI.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies across all jurisdictions.
- Represent Airspace at targeted recruiting events, executive forums, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle corporate and/or executive recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth, global organizations.
- Demonstrated success recruiting for senior leadership and hard-to-fill roles across multiple functions.
- Proven ability to develop and execute long-term sourcing strategies and pipelines for executive and corporate talent.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand organizational needs and align recruiting efforts with strategic priorities.
- Tech-savvy, data-driven, and comfortable leveraging tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and other sourcing platforms.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with competing priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Compensation and Perks
- Competitive salary range ($70,000 – $85,000).
