Role overview: The Strategy & Operations (S&O) team at Airspace reports into the CEO and serves as the “glue” between virtually every other department. This role will report into S&O and help scale the business by launching and executing a broad set of highly critical and visible initiatives. You will work and collaborate closely with Revenue Leadership and cross-functional teams in your day-to-day to improve our processes, tactically drive growth through enablement, and own tech adoption and retention. We’re looking for that person who knows what to do next, and if there isn’t a next step, figuring out what the next step should be and doing it.

Role Responsibilities:
- Own the design, optimization, and direct implementation for tools, systems, and processes that enable our Revenue team
- Specifically, in conjunction with your manager, you own our Salesforce instance and reporting capabilities
- Collaborate closely with department Leaders (e.g., revenue, operations, finance) on cross-functional projects to define, build and deploy company-wide processes, solutions, dashboards and tools
- Work fluidly on a highly flexible team and take on a broad set of priority strategic tasks that include Salesforce administration, Revenue team tech management, data governance, sales enablement, and our paper process.
- Quickly learn to be deeply proficient in our Salesforce setup and Looker (including intimate knowledge of our data structures); able to build your own reports and make process / system recommendations in Salesforce by understanding system capabilities
- Partner with greater S&O and Airspace Leadership to scope and execute strategic initiatives
- Independently be responsible for projects and sub-initiatives that improve our end-to-end sales and operational processes with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and reportability.
Understand and solve complex business problems and support strategic decision-making for the department Leaders and the C-Suite through data analysis and research.
- Collaborate with Analytics team members to build dashboards, reports and tools to improve revenue team efficiency.
- Establish and optimize sales motions to continue elevating engine
- Deep understanding of the upstream source of our data logged in our systems and develop “control” over
Required Skills:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in a Revenue Operations role with a strong focus on Salesforce, revenue systems / tools, and pipeline reporting.
- Proficiency in HubSpot or another similar platform is advantageous, particularly with responsibilities linked to managing aspects of the organization's website.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Comprehensive experience managing a full-cycle revenue technology stack, utilizing a range of tools such as LeanData, Outreach, Salesloft, Quip, DocuSign, Salesforce (SFDC), HubSpot, ZoomInfo.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
- Analytical and Reporting Skills:
- Comfortable working directly with Revenue team members on a one-on-one basis.
- Proficient in creating detailed reports from critical business systems such as Salesforce and Looker.
- In-depth experience and understanding of Revenue Operations KPIs and pipeline reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and utilize data to support recommendations and identify potential risks.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Capable of maintaining high standards of professionalism and cooperation across diverse teams from various geographies and cultural backgrounds.
- Problem-Solving and Adaptability:
- Willing to acquire in-depth knowledge about time-critical logistics, air freight, and specific business processes to enhance problem-solving capabilities.
- Entrepreneurial and resourceful with a knack for identifying solutions to complex problems when conventional paths are unclear.
